The purpose of this learning module is to introduce Robert Hart’s ladder of engagement and understand how to effectively elevate youth’s skillsets and roles to enhance your community-level prevention efforts.

  • identify best practices for activities outlined in each project management phase
  • categorize individual team roles for a project
