The purpose of this eCourse is to provide a tutorial on how to use S.M.A.R.T. goals and objectives effectively in order to move an idea into action while being able to provide measurable accountability and timing guidelines to determine whether the action is producing a desired result.

  • identify the components of S.M.A.R.T.
  • recognize each component of S.M.A.R.T.
  • write a S.M.A.R.T. goal including all components
  • apply the S.M.A.R.T. components to a prevention goal
