Project Management: The Process for Leading Successful Projects

Projects are unique endeavors that have a set time frame with specific goals and objectives. All projects go through a series of phases from initiation to closure. Project management processes serve to strategically organize each step and the execution of a series of tasks required to accomplish a project goal. The use of project management skills, techniques, and tools will help the project manager and team complete the project efficiently and successfully.
